Dine assigns the current cohort terms to the restaurant account at creation. Sending an onboarding request does not create an account or reserve a rate.

Account creation fixes the restaurant's cohort terms.

Dine stores the service-charge and platform-rate values on the restaurant account when that account is created. Later cohort changes do not rewrite those stored values.

Assigned at account creation

The restaurant receives the current cohort values only when Dine creates its account.

Requests hold no rate

The onboarding form records a sales request. It does not create an account or reserve cohort pricing.

Diner-paid service charge

Dine shows the applicable service charge to the diner before checkout.

Published platform rates

The first 100 accounts receive $0/month. The published rate is $100/month from account 101 and $300/month from account 1,000.

Launch-partner terms begin only after Dine confirms them.

Sending an onboarding request does not start a setup window or reserve pricing. If Dine confirms a launch-partner offer, the account follows the stated activation and participation requirements.
