A full-service restaurant dining room during service

Launch-partner pricing starts with a confirmed offer.

Submitting the onboarding form starts a review. It does not reserve pricing or create a restaurant account. Dine confirms any launch-partner rate and start date directly.

A real launch path starts with an onboarding request.

Dine reviews the restaurant's service model and systems before confirming whether onboarding will continue. A request alone changes no account or pricing state.

  1. Submit operating context

    01

The form records locations, service model, systems, volume, goals, and target timing for sales review.

  2. Review operational fit

    02

Dine reviews the request before any restaurant account is created or pricing is assigned.

  3. Confirm account and terms

    03

If onboarding continues, Dine confirms the account, current rate, launch requirements, and start date directly.

  4. Configure and launch

    04

The confirmed location launches with its selected table-delivery or pickup-window flow and real paid orders.

Setup and activity requirements begin only after confirmation.

A confirmed launch-partner offer can include a 45-day setup window, 10 paid orders for activation, and ongoing participation. The onboarding request starts none of these.

45-day setup window

If included in the confirmed offer, the window begins on the date Dine communicates, not when the request is submitted.

One configured location

The launch location uses its selected table delivery or pickup window flow, with an active menu, payment, and staff access.

10 paid orders

Ten completed paid Dine orders establish activation under the confirmed launch-partner terms.

30-day reactivation window

Confirmed launch-partner terms provide 30 days to restore activity before Dine changes the account's program status.

We ask for operational visibility, not forced endorsements.

Restaurants should make Dine discoverable where guests order. Social posts, testimonials, case studies, or reviews should stay optional and clearly disclosed if they are incentivized.

Required
Make the configured flow findable: table QR signage for table delivery or accurate location discovery for pickup, plus an active menu, payment, and informed staff.
Recommended
Mention Dine on the restaurant website, menu page, host stand, or reservation notes where guests naturally look.
Optional co-marketing
Testimonials, social posts, case studies, and launch announcements should be opt-in and disclose any material incentive.

Share one location's real service flow, systems, and launch timing.
